Variety is the spice of life - No matter what you do for mental enrichment, you will have to vary it regularly or it will become boring.
Socialisation is even more important when you have a strong, large dog but often we as owners forget to raise our dogs to be neutral, not excitable when faced with new experiences. Raising dogs to be friendly but unbothered is the socialisation you should aim for.
